    a. Simple and Efficient: Users can quickly create new ServiceNow tickets within ODA by simply typing “Create ticket”. Users will be presented with a form where they can fill in their ticket details and then submit it.
    b. Attachment Support: Easily attach files to new tickets, ensuring all necessary information is included from the start.
  2. View Tickets: Users can view the status and details of their ServiceNow tickets directly within the digital assistant.
  3. Update Tickets:
    a. Effortless Updates: Make changes to existing ServiceNow tickets, including adding comments or updating status.
    b. Attachment Support: Attach additional files to existing tickets, providing all necessary updates in one place.
