Inline Feedback Mechanism

Our mechanism provides a simple, always-on collection of buttons that can be used to initiate the feedback process. You decide the type and number of buttons based on your Assistant’s persona and your feedback requirements. Common choices are Thumbs-up and Thumbs-down buttons, one to five stars, and happy, sad, and neutral faces.

Upon pressing any of the buttons the user is presented with a feedback form in which they can optionally provide more detailed feedback and submit it directly from inside the digital assistant interface.

This design maximizes the likelihood that users will provide feedback whenever they feel the need, whether they encounter something particularly positive or negative during their interaction with the digital assistant.

This integration allows user feedback to be viewed in a unified dashboard, providing a comprehensive overview of user interactions and sentiments. This feedback analysis helps in identifying trends, understanding user needs, and making data-driven decisions to enhance the digital assistant’s effectiveness.
