Understanding Answer Intents

 Static Answer Intents

These intents return the same response to everyone, providing a consistent, standard answer regardless of who is asking the question.
     

Dynamic Answer Intents

These intents also provide a uniform response to all users, but the content can dynamically include user-specific properties using a tagging syntax.
     

 Conditional Answer Intents

These intents deliver responses that are tailored to the employee asking the question, considering various attributes such as job grade, business unit, country, union membership, and managerial status.

     ii. Example: An Absence Policy intent (named absencePolicy in ODA) can have different responses such as: 

1. 1. absencePolicy.US: For general US employees. 
   2. absencePolicy.US.Mgr: For managers in the US. 
   3. absencePolicy.PT: For general employees in Portugal. 
   4. absencePolicy.PT.Mgr: For managers in Portugal.

• Geographical Variances: Union members in Mexico can receive different policy answers compared to those in the US, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Department-Specific Policies: Employees from different business units or departments receive information tailored to their specific operational guidelines, enhancing relevance and clarity.
